We provide help and solutions in a more practical and constructive way than is usually possible for those in business and at times for individuals. There are instances where we can also help individuals.
Primarily we achieve this through the strength and wisdom of experience at our disposal in advising and assisting on legal and business issues. We bolt on to that the most constructive use of the internet and the latest tools it has to offer to ensure fast and effective delivery, but never forgetting the personal touch. We like to meet our clients face to face whenever possible at least initially.

Typical projects undertaken
We can help with most projects. If it is large enough and demands very extensive personal input, we will usually know and be able to source others reliable for the purpose if need be (subject to client approval) as we have a vast array of known and trusted contacts at our disposal.
Some clients have chosen to treat us as part of their team. In that way, to their advantage we accumulate a detailed knowledge of their business enabling us to quickly and more readily relate to the relevant issues and to be able to assist accordingly. It makes for a good working relationship and represents a much less costly resource for our clients.
For example, a large dental practice had gone to enormous lengths (and cost!) to update and improve their practice. We helped put together their written representations for dental awards. They won two prestigious national awards! They regarded us as so much part of their team that at each award ceremony they invited us to join them on stage in receiving the awards. We later helped with their press releases.
We advise on contracts, business set up and business generally – even the marketing.
Clients have greatly appreciated letters being drafted on their behalf combined with practical advice and guidance.
We are helping an Australian business to franchise - a perfect example of distance being no object in the work that we do. In that instance, the client has limited time available in which to give instructions and so we maximise the value of time spent in discussions with them by formulating mini agendas and question in readiness for each "conference".
