Why are we Different?
We provide a modern and practical alternative in the provision of solutions, project management and  assistance for people in business. The range of services and topics we offer is much broader than can normally be provided through the same business professionals. We do this by making the fullest and most practical use of the internet while at the same time making sure of maintaining the personal touch.
 We tailor matters to enable us to work via the internet as much as possible. This includes the ability to make full use of Web 2.0 services in sharing, considering and amending documents and folders interactively. When combined with the use of Skype if the client wants to work in that way, it is virtually (pardon the pun!) as if we are all in the same room going over the documents.
We are able to touch-type when noting relevant instructions or details. This means that they are in an instant readable format in a fraction of the time so often taken by professionals who have to take slow hand-written notes as they go. That way we get more of the detail and the chargeable time is a lot less.
In addition (if they wish), clients may be allocated a personally passworded on-line folder/file which they are able to access at any time to check documents and progress through the use of Microsoft “Office Live”. So, it doesn’t matter where the client is or where we are; we can still help just as effectively.
These methods are not just faster and more efficient but represent a considerable saving on overheads. As a direct result, that in turn equates to the level of our charges being favourably less than those of many other business professionals.
